She currently serves as National Board President of Neighborhood Ninjas, helping lead efforts to expand inclusive play and opportunity for children and communities.

Beyond the boardroom, Maggi is best known as a nine-time competitor on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, where she became the second mother to conquer the Warped Wall and the first mother to complete the Salmon Ladder. She also competed twice on NBC’s Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge and placed second at the World’s Toughest Mudder, completing 75 miles and more than 330 obstacles in 24 hours. A 6X State Track Champion, she later became an American record-holding Masters track athlete and national champion.

Maggi's commitment to impact extends around the world. She has served as an international spokesperson and humanitarian advocate, working in communities across 12 countries and helping mobilize resources for people in need. She also created the BOW Patch with Girl Scouts, an initiative designed to encourage entrepreneurship, empowerment and community engagement among young women that expanded beyond Nebraska and has been earned by thousands of Scouts.
